I ordered 16 bone-in wings last night, and what I received were dried-out wings that clearly hadn't been cooked after I placed my order. The sauce was watered down, and the curly fries were also dried out and broken into pieces. It was a $40 meal that ended up wasted in my refrigerator. We each tried one of the dried-out wings, and that was it—11 pieces ended up in the trash. It’s disappointing that such a simple order of wings and curly fries turned out so poorly. I’m astonished that they would claim it was freshly made. I’ve ordered from various places in Holmdel, and this was by far the worst experience. Too bad I have to give a 1 star after eating for the time. I understand the hard times restaurants are but that shouldn’t affect the service and the good, if fact they should improve them to attract customers back. The service was slow and the food more than mediocre. I ordered the special 2 for $25 to share with my grandson. Caesar salads were limp and saggy, quesadillas were half dry and empty, no cheese(looked dryed out) or chicken. The fajitas chicken, same totally dry, the first guacamole was black so I asked for another one I was given another brown one. If you enjoy wings without sauce and flavors that all taste alike, then this is the place for you. If you're a fan of Tyson popcorn chicken cooked in your oven, you might find this restaurant somewhat satisfying, though it's just a notch below that quality. A side note: the only dipping sauce they offer is ranch, which might be fine if that’s your preference, but most wing lovers tend to prefer bleu cheese dressing. They really need to improve if I’m going to consider ordering from them again. I’m not sure what the problem is since Chili's has good chicken.
We have had these wings three times. The first two times they were good. I don't know what happen today. We picked them up within 10 minutes after ordering and came right home. We immediately opened the boxes to eat, the boneless wing were cold and soggy, their was only one curly fry and the rest of them were end pieces of the fries. The other order we got were 8pc boned wings, there were only 7 pcs and the fries were in same form as the other order. Thank you, Disappointed customer.

This was my first experience at IJW. I ordered the 22-piece boneless wing combo in two different flavors. However, I actually received only 20 pieces. The wings with sauce were decent, but the dry rub wings were lacking in seasoning. I've had better and more flavorful wings at other places. The curly fries, on the other hand, were quite delicious.
The wings are fantastic and reasonably priced. I’m not sure who left the negative reviews, but it clearly isn't about the wings. The issues seem to stem from the delivery service. I've ordered from here multiple times, and it's always been a great experience. Highly recommend!
I just placed an online order and found the wings to be of good quality. The prices are reasonable as well. I don't understand why some people give this place one-star reviews—just because it's located inside Chili's? That seems really unfair, don’t you think?
The wings were of good quality, and the spicy teriyaki flavor was great; however, I wouldn't order the garlic Parmesan again. The curly fries were also very tasty. Overall, it was worth the price, and I would definitely order again.
