I've had my fair share of disappointing experiences at Chili’s in airports, but this one took the cake as the worst. After arriving late to our hotel in the area, we were in need of a quick meal and thought Chili’s would be a better option than the fast food choices nearby. Although the place had only a few tables occupied, we ended up waiting 20 minutes to be seated, likely due to a labor shortage. More than half the tables were still covered with dirty dishes from previous customers. Our waitress was nice, but it took an eternity to get our drinks and even longer for our meals to arrive. The black manager in charge this evening 6/15/21 threaten to call police because I wanted to pay with my credit card using the register instead of the remote device, he refused. I asked for his District Managers information again he refused. I travel the states a lot and frequent Chili's , this is the first time I have encountered this situation and this employee's lack of intelligence to resolve the issue without threatening patrons. This behavior is totally unacceptable in any leadership role I REFUSE to dine at this location anymore.
I was craving some boneless wings and decided to give this place a shot. The food was decent, but my wings were mostly dry—they barely had any sauce on them. I ordered a 10-piece and honestly, only about 2 of them had any sauce at all.
This restaurant offers the worst chili in America. We waited 1 hour and 16 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, we discovered missing items and incorrect drinks in our order.

This restaurant is always good and Kiana is always great with a smile making sure my food is hot and drinks are great.
