I visited this restaurant for dinner after not having been to this location in quite some time. We were seated promptly within five minutes, arriving at 6 PM on a Saturday, which allowed us to avoid the dinner rush. I ordered the half rack of ribs with fries, while my fiancé chose the short rib quesadilla, ribs, and chicken fingers paired with corn. Although they forgot a couple of items, they quickly brought them to us. Unfortunately, my fries were a bit stale, but their BBQ sauce was fantastic. For dessert, we indulged in the skillet cookie, which was a great choice. Overall, it's a typical chain restaurant that offers decent food, though I remember it being much better when I was younger.
I've ordered from IJW multiple times at various locations, including this one, and I've never been let down. However, my recent experience stands out as the best yet. I ordered 16 Bone-In Wings with Nashville Hot and Mango Habanero sauces. While I felt the heat level could be a bit better—though that’s just a personal preference, and I don't expect every restaurant to hit my exact spice level—the flavors and textures were absolutely spot on; they were as good as any wings I've ever tasted. Given the price, you’d be hard-pressed to find better wings anywhere else.
Sauces were good. Chicken was good and crispy and fully cooked. The curly fries tho, left me slightly disappointed. I got a bogo thru grub hub or uber etc, the picture showed a tray of fries and boneless wings. Fry sauce didn't help, and wasn't specialenough to buy separately. I got 2 trays both with nice saucy, warm wings and each must of had a handful of cold fries. Literallythe soggiest, coldest fries I've gotten from a restaurant. I would try again only if I was going in to order. The Chicken andsauce saved it.
On a positive note, the chips, salsa, rice, peppers, onions, beans, and drinks were all good. Unfortunately, the main dish fell flat. Addressing the slicing issue would only require about 60 seconds of training. The fault lies not with the kitchen staff, but with the kitchen management or chef in charge. We’ll definitely be advising our friends against getting gift cards for Chili's.

The BBQ sauce could use some improvement, but for the first time in a while, my fries were served hot and fresh. I still really enjoy the honey Chipotle sauce as well. And please, bring back the curly fries!
Cant believe it..Felt like chicken wings yesterday and you keep and re- cooked.Its so hard ,dry like a wood. I almost cry. And cant believe it you serve this to us.
Limited selection of wing flavors and some of my wings weren't fully cooked. Ill try one more time before I check it off my list.
I ordered through Grubhub and never received the 24 boneless wings or any drinks. I won't be ordering from them again.

The ranch and sauce were excellent, and while the wings were a bit on the small side, they were full of flavor.
Gotten wings a few times. Love them and their fries. Always love a good deal too
