Was disappointed in my recent visit to Chilis in South Setauket. Brought my elderly mother and asked about getting coffee instead of the sugary drinks on the 3 for Me Menu and was told no. Only when I pushed for the waitress to ask someone did she come back and said yes. I asked for 1 regular and 1 decaf coffee. When they came i asked which was decaf and the server(not the waitress) looked at me strange and said they no longer served decaf. When the food came it was good but the beans with my fajitas were luke warm and my second cup of coffee was bitter and cold. We've visited this restaurant many times and even ordered take out during COVID. Not sure if ill return.
This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and I was truly impressed! I opted for the wings without sauce and asked for a few sauces on the side, since I wasn’t sure which one I’d prefer. The wings are massive, packed with meat, and incredibly juicy. The curly fries are just right—not overly seasoned at all. It was an amazing first experience, and I will definitely be coming back!
This was my first time ordering, and while the wings were well-seasoned, they were a bit undercooked and had a gelatinous texture inside—definitely not appealing. The fries were just mediocre. I'm really hoping I don't get sick from the undercooked chicken. Just Wings needs to improve their food preparation.
The prices at this restaurant are quite steep for what it is – a non-branded wing place. I paid $22 for a 16oz bottled drink, fries, and 8 boneless wings, which are essentially just small chicken nuggets. However, I will say that the store's decor featuring sports memorabilia is really nice!

Honestly worst wings I ever had in my life. The fries and wings were extremely soggy and mushy. Only reason it’s getting one star is because of the Hershey’s pie which was edible. Would not get again. Save your money and get wing stop or Buffalo Wild Wings.
I received my order and noticed that only one wing was seasoned with lemon pepper. It feels like there was little to no effort put into seasoning the wings at all. I would like a refund, please!

This is simply a ghost kitchen running out of a Chili's. The wings are truly awful.
