yesterday 12/04/22 at 15 o'clock I and my mother went for a quick lunch, all the workers, where polite and happy. the opposite was clean and well maintained. about it my mother had an allergy to mushrooms and she forgot to mention this at the time. they ordered the ramen soup containing mushrooms. she realized her fault and went to ask if other suppenings where mushroom free. the dame with the name beginning with c it had gone over and over for my mother and also loud them to exchange the article. the customer experience was groundless. I want the Ops team to know that, thanks a lot.
a really great place for quick Asian eating in the bicester village. beautiful seating inside or outside. the food was fresh and delicious. I would certainly eat again at this itsu.
they had noodles I had with chickens. really good quality and filling. the children ended thier nudel, which is one vote enough! perfect to refuel our shopping post lunch.
I never knew that itsu does 50% off gyozas 30 minutes before closing but we added a few other dishes that aren't 50% was so needed after a big shop in Bicester village
