The food was excellent, although it seemed like the woman who took our order didn't pay attention to my requests (how do I know? Because my cheeseburger came with two toppings that I had asked to be removed). My husband's meal was spot on, and the portion sizes are quite generous. However, the service was a bit on the slow side. We had hoped to drive in, place our order, and get home within an hour, but that didn’t happen. If you're in a hurry, this might not be the place for you; expect to wait around thirty minutes. But if you have the time, the food is delicious!
Way over priced for basic cooked burgers. I ordered a burger fries and a soda! It was $17. The fries where the smallest size. I liked the taste of the burger but... I wouldn't pay $11 for it. Not gonna support a business ripping people off for a basic level of food. They use to be the craze. Robbies paradise burger is cheaper and BY FAR higher quality. I don't know why the owner of izzys is price gouging so much. But I'm not gonna support it. Good luck.
First time trying Izzy's and I must say it did not disappoint. We had the salad pictured and the teriyaki chicken was bursting with flavor. I highly recommend checking Izzy's out. The nostalgic blqck and white Hollywood photos inside set a nice retro ambience of the Golden age of diners. The customer service was friendly and the grill man is top tier.
I tried to stop by for lunch during the Gold Nugget days, but I found a sign on the window that said "Job Site." The menu was still displayed, but the door was locked, and there was a large piece of equipment in the middle of the restaurant. It seems like this place is either undergoing renovations or has closed down for good.

Haven't tried a burger yet, but this little shop might have the best ice cream in the county, and some of the best in the state that we've tried! The ice cream cakes are incredible as well. Really fantastic.
HATS OFF TO THE CHEF. THAT BOY CAN COOK. Their food trucks is the best in town and always has a variety of delights. Wonderful people own this establishment and they continue to help Paradise grow!
A nice addition is the ice cream shop. Very friendly people and great service. Highly recommended.
I paid $23 for a mushroom burger, a small order of onion rings, and a medium strawberry shake.
