I was skeptical because of how it looked on the outside, but let me tell you the inside is a whole new world. Cozy sized. There's a window to order and for pick up. You can see the cook make your food fresh. The lady that takes your order is so friendly and gives you a feeling of being at home. The food OMG I thought I was over spending but no no. The portions were righteous. The taste was even better. Now, I know y'all don't know me, but I cannot eat too much meat before it hurts my teeth and the asada meat was perfect. The tortillas freshly made, not heated in a microwave. Rice and beans were good. Salad was a good portion. I ordered the ranch on the side, it's just a personal preference....
After not being able to decide on what I wanted to eat I saw this place, might as well I'm starving and nothing else sounded good. The place could use some renovating,it's a bit old and run down but I'm here for the food so that stuff doesn't matter to me. Everything on the menu was pretty cheap, ordered the pastrami burger /cheese and and order of fries for $8. Cheap convenient quick....but how does it taste? This burger was delicious, one of the better pastrami burgers I've had, very good flavor, not too salty I was impressed. If your looking for a cheap, tasty burger and trying to avoid chains this is your spot.

This is a 5 star place i have been comeing here for more than 26 years its a family tradition employees here are awsome some even know me. When i step into jb's its like steping into eat with family i have never got bad service here. The ownes have changed a few times but the food and service has never changed.

The food is really good and open until midnight but people come in for late dinner..
Incredible food (espicially the French toast deluxe) as well as service.
