This restaurant is a gem located in the historic area of Monrovia. The food is outstanding and the prices are quite affordable. Some of my personal favorites include the breakfast burrito, French toast, hamburgers, French fries, onion rings, and chili cheese. The staff is friendly and prepares your food promptly. You can enjoy a hearty breakfast without waiting long for your order. Their homemade green salsa is exceptional!
It had been a long time since I returned to Monrovia. JB's is a local icon, and I have many fond childhood memories from my visits there. My favorite dish has always been the pastrami, so it was a must-try on my trip. As you can see from the photo, it did not disappoint. Unfortunately, for some reason, I wasn't able to eat this evening.
We stumbled upon this little gem and were pleased with our experience. We enjoyed both breakfast and lunch here, and the food was delicious with generous portions offered at reasonable prices. I will definitely return whenever I'm in Monrovia. For vegetarians, the fried zucchini is absolutely delightful.
I really enjoyed dining here for my favorite dish, the bacon hamburger! The service is outstanding; since I always place my order over the phone, it's ready for me to pick up when I arrive. Court C. told me about this place, so last night we got the double cheeseburger with Avco and Pommes. Now as a lifetime Burger lover, this burger is HANDS DOWN the best on this planet! You will NOT regret the order from this place. I look forward to tasting all menus in the future.
I really enjoy their huevos rancheros with flour tortillas; it's a fantastic breakfast that remains a great deal. The seating is limited, and it can get crowded. Their breakfast burritos are also excellent and very satisfying!
Nice little family place tucked away in Old Town Monrovia... food options are good ?? Parking: The main street on Myrtle is a tight squeeze, but the restaurant is on a corner . Can't miss it Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
