Ja Ramen And Curry

I ordered the tonkatsu and was a bit disappointed. The pork was not very tender and the katsu sauce was watered down. Katsu sauce should be thick and visible on top of the tonkatsu when it is poured (like it shows clearly in the picture on their website), but this sauce was nothing like that..

Ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen and Spicy Miso Ramen with dumpling. The pork was over seasoned and very salty. The broth was lacking in umami. As for the odd mixture of flavors in the Ramen. It was more sour than balanced. The eggs looked really dry for some reason.

Very disappointed. The broth tasted scorched and the vegetables were very overcooked. Noodles were soft. The breaded chicken was tough, dry and the breading was soggy. The hard boiled egg was good. I thought $17.00 was expensive for the quality.I won't return.

The sushi is good but the ramen is so gross. They put a boiled egg in mine that was grey ?? definitely the worst ramen I've had. Although they do have a big variety of food that I have not tried.

Overall, good food and dining experience. Ramen was spicy and plentiful.
