This is the fourth or fifth restaurant on the same site, the Sierra de Altea Golf Club. The previous one was called Don Cayo, reviewed elsewhere on Tripadvisor and now closed. Jacaranda opened September 2019 and judging by our lunch there today is one of the best restaurants in the area. The food is excellent, the service fast and friendly, the prices reasonable (not cheap though) and the rooms and terrace smart and with nice views. The problems are the location (not far, but not on a main road and without signage), the unappealing access (great lighted entrance leading to a little lift which you have to enter to discover the floor the restaurant is on: no sign for the restaurant in the entr...
I visited the jacaranda at the Altea Golf Club with my family and believing it wasn't a family restaurant made us feel at home. excellent Mediterranean food made at the moment, and also with Indian/Thai cooking options that surprised by its Hindu essence. and in case it wasn't enough, they gave us several options for the kids even though they weren't in a letter... very nice but very good for wine lovers like me. very recommended for parents like me. highly recommended for lovers of good kitchen at price joto like me. highly recommended for lovers of good service, always with a smile like me. rte. la jacaranda is a must visit ..! very recommendable!
¡Hoy tuve el placer de disfrutar de una experiencia culinaria extraordinaria en el restaurante Jacaranda! Desde el momento en que cruzamos la puerta, fuimos recibidos con una cálida bienvenida. El ambiente del restaurante era elegante y acogedor, perfecto para una comida /cena o una celebración especial. El personal, atento y amable, especialmente Miguel hizo todo lo posible por garantizar que cada aspecto de nuestra experiencia fuera impecable Definitivamente lo recomiendo a todos los amantes de la buena comida y la hospitalidad excepcional!
Si visitas Altea y no te importa alejarte un poco en coche esta es una opción que te permitirá disfrutar de un espacio amplio y abierto con atención de calidad. Los precios pueden resultar un poco elevados pero el contexto lo merece. En cuanto a la calidad de la comida también la disfrutamos, especialmente el strogonoff.

Restaurante con buenas vistas. Pedimos unos entrantes para compartir, tartar de atún, calamares, ensalada con vieiras, todo muy rico. El equipo de camareros muy atentos, profesionales y simpáticos. Sitio muy recomendable.
very rich Mediterranean food and its spectacular Indian food section. located within the Altea Golf Club. very quiet area with very cool views to the golf course. highly recommended.
or better it is the sight. food and service is nothing special, neither bad nor good. I would qualify this restaurant as very regular and so they offer a facet.
