Certainly Not Kid Friendly After arriving and not being able to find a park in the car park as it was reserved, I found myself with a four year old, two year old and ten month old (who was in a pram) and not being able to wheel my pram in as the door was too narrow. I had to unbolt it myself (no employees offered to help) and then push the pram in (bolt it back up) to find that the garden kid friendly part was met with stairs first that had to be negotiated with a pram. Not bad...... I completely love the idea of kid friendly places for me, Jack Jill's did not fail to disappoint in that respect. It was great outside for my 3 year old my friends 2 year old to play but quite a few hazards for younger children. We ordered coffee baby cino's but both were so hot we could not drink them. I was not impressed my 3 year old had to tell me his was too hot which it was. I also ordered a lemon slice which was lovely but there wasn't a huge selection. Not too sure if I will go back......?

Overpriced and underwhelming. Booked a girls birthday party at jack and jills garden. There was no effort made at all regarding the theme food very basic. Two party games were organised. So very disappointing.

beautiful place for private events. we held a friend high te baby shower here caroline was nice accommodating. beautiful decor in small garden from the back with parking on the back.
great concept, but eating and coffee need a lot of improvement!
