This restaurant has really declined over the years. The portion sizes have become smaller, the selection is limited, but the prices remain the same. The only thing I still enjoy here is the garlic pan bread.
The waitress messed up our order three times and didn't apologize at all. The food and beer at Jack's were excellent, as always, but the service was unfortunately extremely disappointing.
We visited for the cheese event and to celebrate my birthday. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't acknowledge my birthday, and the service wasn't up to par either.

I really love Jack Astor's, but this location was the worst I've visited. The service was awful, and my son's pasta was drenched in oil.
The food was great, and I really enjoyed the cheese beer soup! However, the music was a bit too loud for comfortable conversation.
Favourite Family restaurant; great food a must try is the “long island ice tea” and of course the “smallest brownie” #yummy

Dressed to the nines and going to buffalo chicken con salad is a must try. Pairs nice with beer and cheddar soup.
