Jack Astor's Toronto (sherway Gardens

The food and service at the restaurant were excellent. The only problem was the long wait time for service. We arrived at 5:55 for our 6pm reservation but didn't see or hear from a server until 6:30. My wife had to go to the front desk to inform the hostess that we had been waiting for 30 minutes.

Very disappointed we waited 20 minutes and no one came to help us I had to ask someone and it took 10 minutes after Service not good

Jacks has made changes to some of their popular menu items, but unfortunately, the quality is not as good as it used to be.

Returned to Jack Astors for the first time in a while. As expected, wasn’t great but not bad.
