The food is ok. I was really excited about their burger, but I had to have Cole slaw for my side because they serve fried fish and I'm allergic to all seafood. The service was ok... I asked the waitress if they used the same oil to fry the French fries and fish and she said no. (I'm allergic to all seafood). I was really excited to order a burger and fries... after I placed my order, I dropped the hint of saying, I don't feel like dying today (because of the fries). Minutes later the manager came to discuss my allergy and tadah... they told me I couldn't eat the fries coleslaw it was. It was good... but it took away from having fries with my burger. Very modern restaurant. The staff is friendly and courteous. Their menu is not overwhelming with tons of options. It's got just the right amount to choose from. We come here weekly. There is rarely a wait, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. The menu has a huge variety of options to satisfy everyone and the service is fast!!! My favorite thing to get is the Santa Cruz scramble with bacon added. Their breakfast sandwich and the Joe's scramble are also bomb. Love Holder's!!
