Holy Moly. This place is terrible right from the moment I walked in. It took a minute to finally get helped with placing a order when no one was in line. Just from how busy the employees were. Not to mention I walked over to the restroom with a puddle of water on the hallway just to wash my hands and enjoy my food. However the doors were locked. So I figured maybe you'll have to get buzzed in or keyd. BUT THE restrooms were down. So I walked over to the hand sanitizer station and guess what there was none. The coke machine isn't even working so you can't serve your own drink and will have to wait for a stupid refill. Everything in this Jack in box was poor management. The food which was just...
To think I drove past an In-N-Out, and ended up at this place, I tried out the number 11 for the first time the frozen nasty, fake chicken patty was super hard and disgusting, and in the picture is dripping sauce. I don’t expect it to be dripping sauce, but I expect there to be some kind of sauce in there. It was dry as a bone hard as chewing on the leather wallet, what a waste of time, money, calories, and I didn’t even finish it, the one star could be for the fries and a soda.
Came to this location to cash in on a Dodgers promotion. Nice location. Had to take off a star or two because the Coca Cola was empty here. Found out after the order went through. The beef patty was also bone dry. I gave an extra star because the staff was courteous. As some of these problems are beyond their scope. So I ended up settling on 4 stars. I would come here again. Hopefully the Coke is working and the meat isn't cardboard overcooked the next time.
I came in specifically for the smash burger, as I saw it advertised on the wall, but to my disappointment, they didn't have it. This was also the case at the other Jack location in Monrovia. We ended up leaving without ordering anything. What’s going on?

The staff was very friendly. As for being kid-friendly, even though they were short on staff, they managed to handle everything with grace and professionalism.
We arrived 30 minutes before closing, and the cashier kindly reminded us of that, but he was friendly about it. The burger was still fantastic. Thanks, Jack!
It's Jack in the Box. It is what it is. Most menu items have calorie counts way above what I will indulge, so I stick to the breakfast Jack. It's reliable.
No french toast stick even though they have a sing on the side. When I let employee know they just did not even care they had a sign that advertises it.

The food here is delicious, and the staff is very professional. They really know how to take care of the customers, providing the best service.
Bathroom was nasty as hell... someone isn't doing what supposed to get done.
