Came here on two separate occasions each time ordering 3 meals. Both times I asked for ranch and honey mustard. Maria Told me that I can only have two sauces per order. Not per meal but per ORDER! I ordered 3 meals. She ended up charging me per each sauce But never put the money in the register. The next day my supervisor went to order food at jacks for everyone, and for ALL of our food, she only gave him 2 ranch 's total. Told him he had to pay for more for SEVERAL MEALS. She 's honestly so rude it 's not even funny. I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant on Sunday, November 25, around 12:15 PM. The man in glasses provided terrible customer service. When I asked him a simple question about whether they still had a drink I enjoyed, he responded sarcastically, saying they hadn't offered it in two years. Additionally, the food took a long time to arrive and, unfortunately, it did not taste good at all.
Personally one of my favorite spots for burgers, fries, and shakes! Their mini burgers are perfect for me! Their specialty burgers are incredibly delicious and full of flavors! Ingredients are always so fresh and my meat is always cooked perfectly to how I like it! I can never have enough of their fries as well! I will definitely be back soon! :
They forgot half my order, they try to make it seen like it was my fault. At the end got all my food. I spent $40 on two meals, and I was refused sauce. I've never had to pay for sauce before. If they had informed me that I needed to pay for each individual sauce, including the secret sauce, before I completed my order, I would have just left. That's just unreasonable.
I've been supporting this restaurant since it opened, and it has always been great. However, it can be difficult to get in and out with a vehicle, and there are often no parking spots available.
