If you've eaten at a Jack in the Box before, you will find what you have come to expect. I have come to expect disappointment a few too many times to give this a high ranking. I wanted chicken strips tonight, and they did not have them. On previous visits, I have tried to order late at night, because it's one of the few 24 hour restaurants near me. Except, it's apparently not 24 hours. Multiple times I have visited late at night only to be turned away. Finally, and this is not the fault of the managers, but the location of the restaurant kinda sucks. It's difficult to get in and out of, and it's always got traffic congestion. Every time I visit this location, I am reminded of just how terrible the drive-thru service is. If you're determined to go to Jack's, I recommend looking for another location. I've been here four times in the last five months, and the experience has never improved. The wait is consistently excessively long, and the staff taking my order often give the impression that they have more important things to do and that I’m a burden. I'll definitely remember to head to Tacos Mexico next time.
Nice people, quick service but not always accurate or good quality of food. I will remind myself again not to go here again, the people are kind. However there's always issues with the food, from over cooked, undercooked, vegetables gone bad, etc. Once or twice would be okay but it has happened so many times already and never want to do a refund. Which i would of actually prefer than have another issue when they remake my order. Nice people but the food quality is not good.
Entrance is very hard to turn into since it's on high traffic street and located right before the freeway. Food was good cooked well but the Iced Coffee for the price and size was horrible. It was supposed to be vanilla cream and it was bitter and bland. The girl served it from the same pitcher that was in the fridge possibly sitting there all day. Do not get the coffee. I visited a Jack in the Box and used their mobile app to place my order. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong day to go, as there were only three employees working. Waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru felt excessive. On the bright side, my order was served hot, and the shake was as delicious as always. They forgot my cherries, but I was able to ask for them. The staff seemed happy during my visit.
I honestly dont ever waste my time doing reviews but ive tried to visit this location via drive thru at least 3 times in the past couple months and they said theyve been closed, ive visited anywhere ranging from 7pm midnight. Change your hours or hire employees that actually want to work.
The quality of the food seems to vary depending on the time of day. I went a few days ago and was disappointed with my meal; it was dry and not enjoyable at all. However, just a week earlier, I had an amazing dining experience!
I can enjoy ham and eggs whenever I want—breakfast is the best! The fried eggs are cooked perfectly every time, and I've never been let down by the breakfast jack. If you try it with grape jam, you'll definitely get hooked! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We hadn't eaten breakfast, so we stopped at the drive-thru and ordered two tacos to hold us over. My husband said they were just as good as before.
