What a joke this place is, had me waiting 10 minutes with only one car at the window, I then proceed to pay and the manager/cashier thinks my money is fake and begins to dip it in water to check if it 's real was trying to tell me I gave her 15 fake one dollar bills and that she could tell because she dipped it in water took her another 15 minutes to check each bill and I had to give her a 20 instead that she then proceeded to dip in water to check it to see if it 's fake once she realized it 's real she tried to give me back my fake money as change and I still had to wait another 10 minutes for my food to be ready. As always for a fast food, place the food is good. Problem is most of the employees. English is their second language so it's sometimes hard to communicate. When I asked an employee what was in a combo meal I was planning to order he did not really know. That's a little scary. I didn't see anybody in the uniform everybody was wearing whatever which was very unprofessional. And yes, I know it's Christmas day but it seems like everybody would just there there because they had to be not because they wanted to be and they really didn't care about peoples food. That's how I saw it.
I rarely go to Jack in the Box anymore, but I decided to stop at this one. The service wasn't great, drive thu cashier was not friendly, seemed annoyed. The sourdough chicken sandwich I ordered, the chicken was rubbery. I ended up throwing it away and just ate the sourdough bread. Wasted 8 bucks. So that visit confirmed why I don't go to Jack in the Box anymore.
Worst Jack EVER. I ordered my usual stuff, fajita pita, chocolate oreo shake. Usually FIRE. My pita had no grilled onions, more lettuce than anything else. My shake had no oreo no cherry. The guy who took my order was cool, but that's it. Go to a different one unless u want your order

Terrible service! Even with a party of six, they still couldn't attend to us properly. We ended up having to go to McDonald's instead.
The service is okay, but they consistently struggle with taking orders. Every time I visit, my order ends up being incorrect.
it's jack, what else can I say. Staff is friendly, store is somewhat clean, price is somewhat reasonable, food is good.
The restaurant could benefit from having more staff, as the service tends to be slow when it comes to delivering food.

I haven't had egg rolls in a long time, and I was thrilled to finally try them! They were excellent!
Its fast stoner food. Figure it out. Probably not terribly good fpr you.
