I went today to the drive thru at 12:10AM and wasn 't able to order food even though they close at 1AM, the drive thru times are posted online AND outside the drive thru window. I 'm not sure if Carlos is his real name but he was very sarcastic and didn 't want to take my order even though they didn 't close for another 50 mins. I always come to this Montebello location on Sundays after work, I 'm always off at 12A and go straight to Jack 's and have never has this problem, when I told him that it says that they close at 1AM he said where does it say that? And I pointed to the drive thru times right next to him and he replied with well what does it say for Sunday? And I told him AGAIN 1AM, t...
I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant this morning. The manager initially gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich, and when I approached them to rectify the mistake, I received the same incorrect sandwich again. Additionally, the price of the sandwich I ordered was displayed incorrectly on the menu board inside the restaurant. When I pointed this out, the manager tried to dismiss the error by claiming that the pricing was wrong. This mix-up was not my fault, yet they were unwilling to honor their mistake. After creating a bit of a scene, I finally received the sandwich I originally ordered. It’s clear that the management staff needs a refresher on customer service.
I attempted to modify my order at the drive-thru window, but the Jack in the Box employee made excuses, citing the car behind me. When I got home, I discovered they had given me a dried chicken sandwich with wilted lettuce instead of my Extreme Sausage Combo. At least they managed to include the hash brown that comes with the combo. I recommend not wasting your money here; there are other fast food places nearby that offer better customer service and attention to detail.
The restaurant has a clean environment and the staff is friendly. It's your typical Jack's Fast Food—nothing extravagant, but it gets the job done! My only complaint is that they should stop using COVID as an excuse to keep the restrooms closed. Many people who work in the field choose where to eat based on restroom access. Just a thought!
These ladies are fast and friendly. I got thru the drive thru within a minutes. Mind you it was 12:30 lunch. Cashier repeated my order with a smile. My order was correct and good. So 5 stars for the drive thru cashiers. Cons: 0 stars for the microwaveable bacon.
I ordered my food for family on my way home, they didn't give me a recipient, I yried calling and they never picked up. I was short several items on my ordered. Couldn't go back cause to far from home.
Great breakfast specials, however, cashier not so friendly; couldn't understand my order and insisted she knew what I wanted. She was wrong. Recieved my order at the window, no comment from her.
Jack in the Box is fantastic! The restaurant is clean, and the service is excellent. I really appreciate the staff they've hired, and I'm a huge fan of their tacos – I could eat them forever!
Usually when I come to this location I have nothing but bad things to say but this time I had a very pleasant experience staff was nice food was hot a order was correct
