I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant this morning. The manager initially gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich, and when I approached them to rectify the mistake, I received the same incorrect sandwich again. Additionally, the price of the sandwich I ordered was displayed incorrectly on the menu board inside the restaurant. When I pointed this out, the manager tried to dismiss the error by claiming that the pricing was wrong. This mix-up was not my fault, yet they were unwilling to honor their mistake. After creating a bit of a scene, I finally received the sandwich I originally ordered. It’s clear that the management staff needs a refresher on customer service.
