This location consistently disappoints. Today, I placed an order through their app, but they didn't have the item I requested and substituted it with an inferior burger. While I wasn't thrilled, I accepted it. When the driver arrived, I inquired about our drinks, which he hadn’t received. He mentioned that a staff member complained about being alone and made him go through the drive-thru since she had locked the lobby doors. He kindly offered to return for our drinks, but unfortunately, he never returned as the restaurant had closed by 6 PM. Now, I've lost my money because their app instructs customers to contact the store, and there's no response—surprise! DoorDash can't issue a refund sinc...
(9/5/22 3 am) Woman in the kitchen had no customer service. Lobby doors were open so I went in the lobby she informed me to go through the drive-through. I went through the drive-through she told me to order through the app and then pick it up through thedrive-through. The app told me that only drive through was available. I went back through the drive through and she told me Ihad to order on door dash which told me the restaurant was closed. I then told her this and she said yes it?s closed you can?torder??? Why not tell me it?s closed to begin with? Waisted a half hour trying to order food. Not to mention kitchen wasdisgusting when I walked in there almost thankful I didn?t get the food.
Ignored by the first person at the register, not greeted and only stared at by the second person at the register. All I ordered was a large Iced Tea lite ice. Price on menu is $1.99. Tax in Nevada is 8 cents per dollar. Total should be $2.15. I was told$2.70. 3 different people could not quote me the correct price and ignorantly claimed they could not do anything about it,despite me and other customers pointing to the menu board price and arguing with facts. Asked for manager a few times, no onecame to investigate. Not one person was friendly or helpful. So, have fun cleaning up that mess. Maybe train your staff better.Next step, corporate office.
We ate there yesterday. The place was completely empty and already that was quite strange. After we reached the counter we waited there for more than 5 minutes without anyone even paying attention to us, even if they saw we entered there. I ordered 4different tacos and they all came up the same. Moreover the fries didn?t look really cooked. Not a nice expericence

I hate to be that one person who worked at a jack n box...but the food was good. The service was excellent. Only problem was the tables has crumbs and stuff on the floor. (Like a finger nail) besides that everything was good. The workers were nice. Oh andthe fries was warm, not hot.
I love JACK IN THE BOX!!!!! I don't get it often because it's not in Wisconsin but when I get a chance to eat here I do. It was slow but there was only 1 worker but he did his best. The tacos are my absolute favorite. Hot or cold for leftovers lol
Make Jack the 1st stop no matter what time we get off the plane and get our car at the rental place, and also the last stop on our way to the car rental and the airport and that's 2 times a year.
During a family trip, my husband took us to Jack in the Box, and we loved it! Our daughter is adamant that we have to stop there every time we visit the west before we head home.

I came all the way from Atlanta just to enjoy a few of their famous tacos. Haha! I truly love them!
The food was exactly what I needed since I fast during the day.
