I went to Hilo Jack in the box and had ordered two fried rice and also 3 piece jalapeno poppers and 2 side order portuguese sausage. When I went to drive thru to pay. I noticed my portuguese sausages were put in with the fried rice. I told the girlthere that I did not want portuguese sausage in with fried rice. I am allergic. I do not understand how they could assume it wasfor same person. They should have put it in another container. I then asked her kindly could they make another batch as I amallergic to eggs and will get a severe allergic reaction. She said sorry and promise me they will put new sausages , then leftto go to back. I could see another girl laughing and then the girl came ba...
Very quick through the drive-thru. Had a few different orders they were patient and the order was correct. The workers were friendly especially having to work on Christmas. The food was ok.. fries were old, bacon burgers for an ultimate bacon burger had 2 pieces of bacon.. not really an ultimate and was warm not hot.. wasn 't horrible but wasn 't awesome either..
Was a very adequate place for a cheeseburger and fries. I ordered 2 burgers, 1 plain no condiments or pickles and 2 small fries and small chocolate milkshake. Less than $20 and food was promptly served while hot. One quibble is that they put a whipped topping on the milkshake that doesn't add anything flavor wise and diluted the chocolate flavor.
Food was decent as it always is but 50 minutes in the drive thru! Yes 50! I could have made the food myself 5 times. Didn 't expect to be stuck in the line that long and not even a sorry for the wait or anything. In fact they didn 't even say a word to us. Handed us the food and we were out of there. I try to eat healthy and avoid rich foods, but when I have a craving for something hearty and meaty, Jack in the Box is one of my top choices. The staff there is fantastic—friendly and efficient. The food is prepared quickly and tastes great. I love that as a night owl, I can still indulge my cravings anytime.
This place has horrible customer service!!! The employee knowingly took my order knowing it was not hers when she went on break, then asked what they were going to fo with food I refused to eat. When kitchen staff were asked to remake they blew a gasket andstarted yelling at each other. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I don't eat myself here, but once and a wile, the kids really like it for a treat. I find the people who work there are some of the most beautiful in Fast Food in Hilo. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This line is shorter than the lines for other drive thru places in the vicinity. There is probably a reason why. We found the food extremely dry.
