I recently dined at a restaurant and was disappointed by the service provided by an employee named Walter. He had difficulty taking my order and answering basic questions, which made it clear that he was not very proficient in English. I would recommend that management consider not hiring staff like Walter, who come across as uneducated and unprofessional.
This is the second time I've tried to get breakfast here in the morning, only to be told they're closed. It seemed like the guy I spoke to was half asleep—he was barely speaking loudly enough for me to hear him. I find this location to be absolutely terrible for breakfast. They claim to be OPEN 24 HOURS, but it feels more like they're OPEN FOR 16 HOURS.
Customer service was pretty bad. Are you not allowed to ask if they have non meat patties? No interaction when taking my card for payment, no thank you and worst of all... after giving me my food, he didn't say if it was all... then he looks back totell me it was... but where's my drink? Try a little harder, bro.
I've been to several Jack-in-the-Box locations, but the service at this one stands out. Jimmy delivered exceptional service and made my visit truly enjoyable. I write reviews based on my experiences, whether they're good or bad. Unfortunately, this place has been the worst I've ever encountered. I waited in line for 30 minutes for my meal, only to be told that they couldn't help me. Surprisingly, there was no line afterward.
This Jack in the Box location was the worst experience I've had. The staff was unenthusiastic and slow; I was told to wait for a moment before they finally took my order, and I had to wait for 20 minutes.
I loved the sandwiches here! My anytime food available 24/7! Loved the Spicy ?️ Grilled Chicken Sandwich ?…. Staff is nice and the delivery is fast! Must try! So many options for chicken lovers! ?
ordered from uber eats. got a munchie meal and when i opened the box there was ants inside the box. i thankfully got refunded for the food but i dont recommend getting food from this location Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It's Jack in the Box. The food is what you'd expect, and the restaurant itself is consistent with that. The nighttime staff were prompt and efficient.
