There was a fire in the building right next to Jack in The box when I pulled in the parking lot. I have my son to call 911 and they hung up on Him. He called back then we went into Jack in The box and told them that the building next door was on fire. They just left us standing there in the lobby and ran outside to see. Then a cashier preceded to take our order. But under the circumstances everything was okay I enjoyed the two croissants one sausage and one bacon. They're always good all my life ever since they happen those croissants sandwiches are excellent.
I had a disappointing visit to Jack In The Box. The manager was rude and chose to serve the six guests waiting in the lobby instead of promptly giving me my mobile order. I had to ask her to hand it to me directly. The whole point of mobile ordering is to have your food ready for pickup, so receiving a cold order was very frustrating. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back, as they don’t seem to value good customer service.
The restaurant offers fast food at very affordable prices, with many locations open 24 hours a day. The menu is simple and straightforward, and you can get breakfast items at any time. I come across these places all over the city, and they tend to have a consistent experience. There are sometimes minor variations in pricing, which I believe are influenced by location and the surrounding demographics.
I usually order from Doordash because the food always tastes better, but recently my experience has been disappointing. The salad on my tacos was just dumped on the side and heated along with the tacos. There was no taco sauce, and the tacos were burnt. I’m not sure if the staff forgot to set the timer or just don’t like working late shifts, but something seems off lately.

I appreciated Ms.Joyce her patience and kindness. She was working the register and packing the customers orders as well. The point is she still had a smile on her face and provided great service to me and other customers waiting during morning rush. Kindness goes a long way get her some help please
Said they don?t take orders after 2am granted the car in front of me took about 10 minutes to order because the workers were taking forever to get there order and at 2:02 they denied me.this the 2nd time I had a problem with this ghetto store. Retrainyour employee or fire them.
The bread on my burger at Jack In The Box was extremely tough, and the French fries were overly greasy from being overcooked. Overall, my meal was quite disappointing! I won’t be coming back to this Jack In The Box location or trying more items from their menu.
I wouldn't typically leave a review for a drive through visit, but the service from the window was superb! The service we received made me think he was a server and we were dining in at a restaurant. Food was good but that service was ?!!
