I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They messed up my order, keeping the wrong items and closing it before I could finish adding what I wanted. The screen remained blank when I tried to complete my order. When they told me the total, it was much higher than expected for the items I ordered. When I asked for a receipt, they informed me that the receipt machine was down, so I couldn't get one. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect and the food was cold. Hi, it's 4:30 am and I went to Jack in the Box on Grantline. They told me they're not taking any orders at the moment. They suggested I try the Jack in the Box on Eleven Street or place an online order. It seems like every time I come here, the Grantline location is disappointing.
The customer service was terrible! The cashier was rude. I ordered three plain cheeseburgers, but only received two. When I asked to order another one, she told me to go back to the end of the line.
