I had a great experience during my visit. The service was fast and efficient; the man who took my order and gave me my food got everything right, which helped me carry on with my day without any hiccups. Overall, everything was wonderful, although the display screen could have been cleaner, making it a bit difficult to see my order. Fortunately, he read everything back to me, so there were no problems. Thank you for a lovely visit!
If you don't mind encountering homeless individuals in their cars or biking around the drive-thru, you might find this place acceptable. However, while we were waiting at the drive-thru window, we saw a homeless man washing out his water bottle right in front of our car at the hose hookup on the building. This made us feel uneasy and unsafe with our windows down. It's definitely concerning, to say the least.
Update: Uber canceled my order, and when I called Jack in the Box to confirm I wouldn’t be charged, I was left on hold for a long time before they finally answered and then disconnected the call. I suggest driving a bit further to the location on Greenback instead. Also, the support link Jack in the Box gave me doesn’t work—their contact page shows an error and says the page is missing.
The dining experience here is always top-notch, but I have a significant concern regarding the lobby hours. It's quite frustrating to note that despite the posted hours indicating that you're open until 10 PM, the door was locked at 8:06 PM while two employees were on break. It’s now 1:03 AM, and I arrived before 12:30. You can’t really call Jack In The Box fast food when a single chef can flip tables faster than your line moves. The menu might be extensive, but the service definitely isn’t speedy.
I've noticed that some of the staff often work independently, yet they consistently maintain a cheerful demeanor while accurately taking your orders. It might take a little longer, but it's definitely worth the wait.
Jack is definitely superior to Carl's. The way she described the situation was hilarious—she said, “I’m not sure we can make the milkshake for you, sir, because I’m like... the machine... I’m having issues!”
