Not only was there a long wait to get my food that was ordered ahead of time, but the order was wrong and I was overcharged by a couple of dollars. Granted, I went during the lunch rush but customers should not be left waiting to be helped for 5+ minutes. This store seems to run out of items frequently and has major issues with getting orders out quickly and correctly. I was going there 3 or 4 times a week for lunch but after repeated disappointments, I will no longer be buying my lunch there.
Everyone please check your change!! This location gave us counterfeit money at the drive thru!! We went back next day to confront them and he assumed we were the ppl who called in the morning regarding the same issue. Clearly the counterfeit is being passed around to many many patrons. I was able to get my money back thankfully, but for those who didnt figure it out they would be out money. So please please please check your change at this location!
This is the best location in Bellingham, the other locations do not make the food good. However, every Jack in the Box is really busy in Bellingham and rather slow. Due to a lack of staff, the inside is sometimes not an option. However, the small group of staff at this place work really hard and it is because of them the place is running. The spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite with curly fries.
Don’t know why I keep thinking this place improved but for some reason every time I come back they screw my order up and usually make me pull in front, wait very long for my food to not even get my order correct and still charge me for everything. Then I have to wait again for my other food. Not to mention I’ve gotten HAIR IN MY FOOD many times here Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Jesus/Andreas, a great server made our meal great with his good attitude and service even though it was so busy with drive through and we are dining in. Will definitely return to this place again. We ordered Jumbo Jack and spicy chicken with stuffed jalapeños , all were amazing and fresh. Very clean and good service over all.
The Service was great I am just sorry to say I was really disappointed how dirty everything was cleaning should be number 1 but I will never dine in again nothing was clean to the front door tables and so on
We waited for 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order. A couple of employees came to the counter to get stuff for drive-thru orders but never even acknowledged we were there
Glad to see that dine in is open again Am canadian and like to stop in here some times, and since the Sonic closed in Ferndale, will probably be here more frequently now. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
