Grilled chicken salads at Jack in the box have always had hot chicken fillets and I've always paid a normal price for the salad never have I been told ever that it was going to be a $2 up charge to make my grilled chicken hot. literally just tried ordering and they told me that it was a new policy to charge $2 for a hot fillet versus a cold salad the chicken fillets have always been hot and I've never been up charged for it every time this happens it feels like a scam and somehow the franchise is skimming off the top
Every time I place an order here, I specifically tell the lady that I don’t want any sauce on my tacos, as I’m ordering for my kids who don’t eat spicy food. Yet, every time, my tacos still come covered in hot sauce. I’m tired of having to repeat myself. Additionally, the staff is rude each time I visit. I’ve decided that I will no longer be coming to this Jack in the Box.

Food was cooked well, but they forgot 2 orders of fries. BIG MISS considering the entire order was also an app order. AND THERE WERE ONLY 2 ORDERS OF FRIES! THEY MISSED ALL THE FRIES!!!!
We ordered a breakfast sandwich, and the egg didn't look right. It was green, which didn't appear to be burnt but rather looked moldy.
