Overall, I wouldn't be inclined to visit this Jack in the Box restaurant frequently. Regardless of whether it's relatively quiet or bustling with customers, the food often has the taste of having been kept under a heat lamp for an extended period.
I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Despite waiting in line to place our order, the food was not fresh. The staff member at the window was unfriendly and didn't even smile. To add to that, we weren't given a receipt. Our total came to $25.71, which felt overpriced given the subpar quality of the food. Even the croissant I ordered had to be reheated when I got home, and it wasn't melted. Additionally, they barely added any extra mayo as I had requested. Overall, it was a disappointing experience at a place that is usually reliable.
The teriyaki bowl I ordered had way too much sauce, and it took 15 minutes for my order to be ready. On a different evening, after work, I had also ordered three junior bacon cheeseburgers. Previously, I had ordered five junior bacon cheeseburgers with extra ketchup and mayonnaise, but unfortunately, the staff put extra mustard on them instead. When I tried to point out the mistake, I encountered some confusion from two young girls who I think had blonde hair.
Absolutely love this place. The food is always delicious. I don't have one near me so any time I go somewhere there is one I have to eat there. Never disappointed. Got breakfast for dinner and man was it delicious!! I need to get one of them near meso I can go all the time.

Most fast-food since turning 50 basically makes me sick so I avoid it with the exception of West Sacramento Jack in the Box. High quality, clean, tasty fast-food my stomach is happy with. I love this restaurant!! My secret indulge place! The very best by far.
I had two tacos, crispy, greasy, and the meat like filler. I don't know what is in them but they are Tasty with an ice water about a buck seventy out the door .
Food was hot, staff was very polite, and inside of the restaurant was really clean. Their soda machine inside had many flavor options and tasted great as well.
This is the only Jack In The Box location I visit because they regularly change their fryer oil, provide fast service, and have very friendly employees.
