I went through the drive-through and order a classic buttery Jack expecting that juicy garlicky buttery square patty, Instead I got a jumbo Jack patty. Yet the price was still a classic battery Jack price. I understand that there is a shortage in in supplies. However if you are out of something; don't just substitute it with a lesser quality item, charge the same price and expect customers not to notice. We are not stupid! After years of not eating Jack in the Box we decided to give it a go. Absolutely awful experience! Firstly my husband tried to go into the lobby to pick up our app order and a man in casual clothing told him the lobby was closed then rudely shut and locked the door. We went through the drive through with no response from the intercom. We proceeded to the window and after a few minutes a lady finally came to the window. We told her the name and she grabbed the food. My husband reminded her we had drinks and we drove home. I don't know what happened to this almost food restaurant. it has changed management or something. my last visit was for a fish sandwich big combo. when I got the bill, I was charged with another big drink, I didn't order 2 drinks). I asked for an icy and got an irrigated dr. pepper drink 4 ice cubes)the personal was too busy with drive-thru orders to go order intake right. pity to try burger king on the road.

Late night fast food can be risky but Food was delicious, hot and wasnt just thrown together. Excellent staff and the guy at the drive thru window was the nicest and kept me and my friend occupied with hilarious conversation while our food was being prepared. couldnt have found a better drive thru do have wound up in at 1230 at night!
I have never been in a drive thru line soooo long before. 25 minI went to this jack in the box this morning 01/14/2022 and the tacos they gave me were disgusting. And they had the nerve to tell me nothing was wrong with my tacos. The lettuce was brown. Never gonna go to this jack in the box again. ???

Worst drive thru service I have ever experienced and my ham, egg, cheese croissant was gross tasting. The OJ was the only thing worth drinking.
