went at 10:30 pm. well aware it was closing in 30 minutes, which usually isnt a problem, and all signs said it closes at 11 pm, along with the yelp page. Went through the drive through (lights are all on, including the menu lights, cars parked outside) and nobody was responding. Waited for a good 5 minutes and wrapped back around did it again. Very obvious someone was trying to hide and ignore customers for the rest of the night, considering ive seen the place when its actually closed multiple times.
Our experience at this restaurant was not pleasant. We arrived at 6:20am, 10 minutes before the supposed opening time of 6:30am, only to find the door locked and no one to greet us. We eventually entered the store at 6:35am, only to be told that it wasn't opening until 7am. The sign clearly stated 6:30am opening time and even indicated that the store was open. If the restaurant is unable to open on time, it would be helpful to communicate this to avoid wasting customers' time.
I attempted to order food 20 minutes before the restaurant closed on November 11th and despite the sign saying they were open, no one provided us with service. There were two other cars waiting behind me, and we all eventually left. It was evident that the employees did not care about their customers or their job duties. It seemed like they just wanted to close up and leave without considering the customers who were still there. I left feeling very disappointed.
This Jack in the Box location is the worst I have ever visited. My order was wrong, and when I returned to get the correct items, the person at the drive-thru window was extremely rude. It took 10 minutes just to receive a Jr Jumbo Jack. I will not be returning to this location, and I plan on contacting the corporate office to report my experience. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This Jack-in-the-Box is a fairly standard chain. They got my order correct, including the extra mayonnaise on my burger. The service wasn't overly friendly, but that's expected with fast food. I suggest this spot for anyone seeking a quick bite near Kaiser Ontario Vineyard.
I've been here 2 times and both times I have been treated with great customer service. Even at very late hours. Didn't catch their names but both were male latino employees. Good customer service is hard to come by these days.
The restaurant lacked marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks, which was disappointing. The drive through service was subpar. Additionally, only three taco sauces were provided for four tacos.
