This is the worst Jack in the — — — well, I don't know! I've never successfully gotten food here! The employees here, especially the gigantic old woman who can barely move, are rude, crude, disrespectful, incapable, and more — none of it good. I've been to some pretty pathetic fast food joints but this one is the king of them all. Disgusting. Very easy to turn around and walk out.AND TO THE OWNER: DON'T ASK ME FOR MORE DETAILS, AS YOU USUALLY DO. I DON'T CARE TO SHARE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THE LIKES OF YOU. AND IF WHAT I'VE JUST PROVIDED ISN'T ENOUGH, THEN YOU NEED TO FIND A DIFFERENT OCCUPATION. OWNING A BURGER JOINT ISN'T FOR YOU.
I was disappointed with my experience at this fast food restaurant located near a truck stop. Despite there being no other customers waiting to order, the lobby was closed due to being "short staffed." Additionally, I was unable to place an order in the drive through because I was not in a car. It seems like they only accommodate customers who drive in with their vehicles, even though I had been driving for 11 hours and just wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. Overall, I was unable to get any food and left feeling frustrated. I hope they improve their service in the future.
The interior of the restaurant is immaculate. The two employees at this establishment are friendly, but they are limited in what they can accomplish. It took a significant amount of time to receive our order, but I understand that with only two workers, they can only do so much. I am giving a 5-star rating solely for the cleanliness of the restaurant and the exceptional friendliness of the staff. However, I did rate the food a 3. I believe the employees deserve more support, and I hope that management recognizes and appreciates their hard work.
The place is alright. They're short staffed and made sure to let us know when we got in, so I'll let the wait slide. But beware, there is a good wait. The service was good from the new guy (I'm assuming in training), but the other girls did seem a little irritated. Overall, the food and service were alright, I've been better, but they are trying to be short staffed, so I applaud them.

This restaurant was a mess. There was food and rubbish all over the floors and tables. The bathrooms were dirty. It took a long time for the unfriendly lady to take my order. I usually enjoy Jack in the Box, but if this location doesn't improve next time I visit, I won't be returning. Manager, get things in order.
Drive through worker was super rude. Told us to pull into spot 1 after parking, where they already had multiple cars parked in also waiting. I have never eaten at Jack in the box and I really wanted to try it today but by the reviews I'm honestly afraid now, I feel now I'm not going to be happy with my purchase at least at this location so I'll give it a shot again at another location whenever I see one.
Excellent customer service ? Food was great just as I remember from Southern Cali. They made us 40 Tacos to go efficiently and in a timely matter. Wish we had a Jack in the Box in Olive Hill, KY.

The last few times I have attempted to dine at this restaurant, it has been closed. I have never heard of a Jack in the Box closing at 10pm before!
