I placed an mobile order on the app at this location, the order I placed on the app came with sweet and sour sauce, on the app it shows no charge for the sweet and sour sauces, but when i come here and get my order it had no sweet and sour sauce in my bag, they tried to charge me for the sauce I placed on my already paid mobile order, i refused to pay extra and tried to get a refund for the whole order, they refused to refund my mobile order, why they tried to charge me for the sweet and sour sauce when the app says the sauce is free ?? I placed the same order at other locations before and they give me the sauce. Wow dude never ordering here again ????????
Repeating what else.... After every line item ina disinterest/ disdainful tone is not only annoying/enraging but unprofessional.To order from here is equivalent to giving directions to a troubled youth child who just does not care.
I’m visiting from out of town, and this place holds special memories for my girlfriend. We decided to try the tacos, which were my first experience with them. They were quite good and definitely better priced than Taco Bell.
Ok for a quickie but a little greasy. Jack in the Box open 24 hours is the go to when you are a vampire. This is Holy Week so try to think about God for just a second in silence where you will find Him.

I was shorted two tacos in my order, so I tried calling the restaurant, but all I heard was a fax machine noise. Is the number on the receipt actually a fax number?
Food was not cooked half raw. And overly greasy, the bag was soaked with grease before leaving driveway parking lot. Not so good food thrown away uneatable
This JACK has always impressed me! I just enjoyed two delicious Smashed Jacks. People can be unpredictable, but this food is absolutely delicious!
