My family and I stopped by for an early breakfast before heading to SFO. I found a Jack in the Box along our route on my map. When we arrived around 3:30 AM, a drive-thru employee immediately told me they were closed. I asked if they weren’t open 24 hours, and she repeated that they were closed. I then asked how long they would be closed, and she said about 10 minutes. I waited approximately 13 minutes and called out, but received no response, so I left. The service was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this location as it is unreliable.
