Not going back. 1) Too long a wait when at the speaker (4-5 minutes) 2) Overcharging. I wanted a croissant with added egg and cheese. He instead chose to do. #22, take out sausage, ADD egg white/cracked egg? it already has egg!!! 3) Stressed manager atwindow handing out orders doesn?t attempt to listen. The manager at window repeated ?that?s everything boss? multiple timesinstead of hearing to what I wanted (sauce condiments). 4) Still gets order wrong. Yay! Since you?re raising prices of foodby over 20%, please consider helping your workers more. Not recommended.
I recently ordered a spicy chicken sandwich from this restaurant, and I was disappointed to find it served cold, with wilted, brown lettuce. After eating part of the sandwich, I started to experience symptoms of food poisoning and had severe stomach pain. To add to my discomfort, I noticed a cockroach on the floor while picking up my food. Additionally, the manager should work on treating their employees better and avoid yelling at them.
I chose to order a basic cheeseburger and a 10-piece chicken nugget combo from this restaurant. Since there wasn't much traffic in the drive-thru at that moment, my order was taken, prepared, and ready in just 4 minutes and 46 seconds - a remarkably fast service for this place. I was really impressed by how efficient and quick the service was, and I would certainly think about returning in the future.
I was disappointed to find out that only three sauces are allowed per combo. As a loyal customer who visits regularly, I expected them to be more generous with extra sauce. Unfortunately, any additional sauces come at an extra cost.

The guy handling register is preparing your drinks right after touching dirty money from random strangers. Ewwwww it?s like using the restroom and not washing your hands. ???? Health ???? They need to stop this asap.
This is my favorite Jack in the Box location, and with the mobile app, it’s even more convenient. I can easily place my order, go there, and pick it up right away without any waiting.
The restaurant boasts a friendly staff and a clean atmosphere. My food was served promptly, and the burger was fresh and of excellent quality. Thank you!
