I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at this restaurant. After I placed an order for a combo, I found that my burger had sauce on it, which I didn’t expect. The employee at the drive-thru, who later introduced themselves as the overnight manager, refused to swap my order and spoke to me rudely, stating that I wouldn't be getting a replacement. I pointed out that this was unacceptable service and requested that my order be corrected, regardless of whether they acknowledged my complaint or not. They also claimed that there was no corporate number available for me to contact. I ended up not eating the burger and was willing to return it, but they didn’t want it back.
I ordered for pickup and informed the staff that I was there to collect my order. They asked me to wait while they attended to other customers. After twenty minutes, I checked on my order, and they admitted they hadn't even looked at the DoorDash orders yet. At first, they even said that they didn't offer DoorDash service at all.
The drive-thru service takes around 20 minutes to deliver your food, and unfortunately, the staff is rather rude and unhelpful. It's disappointing, especially considering that homeless individuals might offer better service than the employees here, who seem more focused on their appearance than on providing a quality experience.
This restaurant frequently gets orders wrong. I’m not sure what the problem is; everything seems correct on the screen, but by the time you get to the window, it’s a total mess.

One of my favorite spots for delicious and affordable meals. This restaurant is truly exceptional. The service is always reliable, and the atmosphere is delightful.
I highly recommend Jack's for tasty food late at night, especially around 4 AM. The service is prompt and friendly, making it a great place to visit!
I ordered ranch to go with my fries, but it was never included. Furthermore, both the hash browns and fries were overcooked and nearly burnt!
The service here is consistently quick and friendly! They always manage to get our order correct without fail.
