So this Jack in the box has the worst customer service I have ever seen, there is this ugly attitude female at the restaurant she told me that she is manager, and I asked her if I can use the bathroom kindly and she said order first and I told her hey Ineed to go, can I order after I use the bathroom , she rudely said no?order first? , and I was extremely shocked how suchindividual can even work in a fast food chain with such high customer service goals , and I said I want to complain about thissituation and she said go look online and complain, and right when she was walking away from me she started singing Spanish songand started to talk Spanish to her coworkers and laughing , I just worke...
I get my morning drink here 4 to 5 times a week. With my iced tea I always order extra, extra lemons. Certain staff accommodate that and even go above and beyond by going to cut them at the time I'm there. However, this morning after repeating 3 times inmy order that I wanted extra, extra lemon, I got my iced tea and there was no lemon and no ice. Really JIB employees, do youlike your drinks like that? When you're paying close to $3 for a drink, you would think that you could get it the way you likeit. As a side note, in addition to the above, some staff were not very pleasant nor loud enough to be heard.
They refuse to help the customers in the drive thru why refuse to make two separate orders? I was just trying to get something to eat and the passenger also wanted to buy their own food. That's a whole other order you refuse and for what a slightinconvenience to you?
Definitely taking all my cars here, plus telling everyone we know. They fixed the dent on my wifes passenger door and painted it plus other pieces that were close to door so everthing would look like the other pices. Plus the owners are truly amazing people!
I was there this morning my loaded breakfast sandwich was really good i was about to order another one, the place was clean i ate inside today the ladies working were helpful. I will come back to this jack in the box not a bad place.
I Love it here. It's great service all the time they never got my order wrong. But, I notice the prices are a little more then a regular one I think its because it the only Jack around off the Freeway. Ice cream is good.
They usually always get my orders right. Just the lady was a bit rude when I asked her for ranch. I get it it?s quick pace but you don?t need to rush me I?m paying for the food you?re at work where do you have to be?
Very nice! Tried the new breakfast bagel with bacon. Not saying it is like going to a place that just makes bagels, but 2 for 5 and convinent; nice.
Jack is the most innovative of the burger chains. All of it great.
