I was taken aback by her attitude, especially since fast food establishments typically prioritize customer service. I expressed my desire to file a complaint about her behavior, and she dismissively told me to file it online. As she walked away, I noticed her singing a Spanish song and laughing with her coworkers, which only added to my frustration. Having just completed a six-hour shift, I was simply looking to take a lunch break, but I needed to use the restroom first. Her treatment made me feel like I was asking for something unreasonable. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of respect and courtesy in customer service. What a shame!
I visit this restaurant for my morning drink about 4 to 5 times a week. I always order iced tea with extra, extra lemons. Some staff members go above and beyond to accommodate my request, even cutting the lemons fresh while I'm there. However, this morning, despite repeating my order three times, I received my iced tea without any lemon and no ice. Really, JIB employees, is that how you like your drinks? When you're paying nearly $3 for a drink, you would expect it to be made the way you want it. Additionally, I found some staff to be less than pleasant and not loud enough to be heard clearly.
I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. They wouldn’t allow me to place two separate orders, which was surprising. I was just trying to grab a bite to eat, and my passenger wanted to order their own meal as well. It’s disappointing that they refused to accommodate us for such a minor inconvenience on their end.
I absolutely love this place! The service is consistently excellent, and I've never had any issues with my order. However, I've noticed that the prices are a bit higher than at other locations, which I think is due to it being the only Jack in the area off the freeway. The ice cream is also really good! I stopped by this morning and had a fantastic loaded breakfast sandwich; it was so delicious that I nearly ordered a second one. The restaurant was spotless, and I opted to dine inside. The staff was quite helpful too. I will definitely come back to this Jack in the Box—it's really a great place!
Typically, my orders are correct here. However, the lady who served me was a bit rude when I asked for ranch dressing. I understand that it's a fast-paced environment, but there's no need to rush me. I'm the one paying for the food, and she's at work—so where does she need to be in such a hurry?
I'm definitely bringing all my cars here and recommending it to everyone I know! They repaired the dent on my wife's passenger door and painted it, along with some other nearby parts, so everything matches beautifully. Plus, the owners are truly wonderful people!
