the absolute worst! very rude and unprofessional of you all to rent lazy people who do not understand what a simple instruction is to follow! I was the only one in the drive thru, ordered 3 meals, and had to wait until they mix the dough for the rolls, the cheek kill, the sweet plants, aaannnndd buy their grill! that was crazy! Almost an hour waiting at the window. the workers laugh and praise! comeone, this is unacceptable and very irresponsible! never again! ohhhh, and to cover it! the meal was cold. wait all the time! Maybe my eating was already done and they were too busy dancing they forget about me in the window!
This was my first visit to a jack in the box restaurant, we didn't have it in Canada, I tried the Ribeye Burger Combo with rings, a taco a pumpkin spice shake. Overall, the food was very good, the service was pretty good, could have been better, but I mean, it's fast food so you somehow expect the staff a little aloof. The Taco was delicious, the Panko onion rings were amazing, the burger was quite dry, and the snake was REALLY thick!!! Would you recommend at least try it if you've never been. I wish I was longer to visit so I could try a few more of the menu items.
I goto this one time to time. For breakfast, jank in the box is better than Macdonld. My favorite jumbo player bacon and sausage. It is much more editable than breakfast deluxe at Macdonld. For coffee Macd is 100 times better. Also at Macdonld they do milk/ cream ? inside the coffee for you. For coffee volume, Macdonald is much more than Jack. In summary, for breakfast goto jack in the box. For coffee go to Macdonld.Enjoy!
I don't normally make reviews no matter how good or bad the service is, but this just made me laugh because how ridiculous it was. Besides the fact that the employee was rude and barely acknowledged me when I pulled up at the window. I think this is ridiculous that they regard this as a large curly fries. Its not even in a regular container for fries and its definitely no more than the amount for a small.
this place has been the worst Jacks-Iive ever! they have been complaining to the order correctly, but giving me all the wrong things. I asked for healing pommes, they gave me regularly. I ordered 2 sets of tacos and didn't get them. I asked for 5 ranches they gave me. they asked for more that they gave me two. their attitude towards customers is unacceptable! I can't recommend it here! go somewhere else!
Their food is delicious, always fresh and perfect for a quick bite! The workers are not rude and they don't even have long lines. They are usually quick for the drive thru too! I love ordering from this Jack's rather from the one closer to my house ?. Awesome restaurant, awesome workers, awesome food!
Teresa was very rude rushing us out took forever on our order there was a line outside for drive thru not enough cashiers i understand if she need help need to get more cashiers didn't like the service she gave us. Most likely i wont come her anymore. Thanks too her didn't like the service.
I come here bcuz it's local and they accept EBT.Customer service is ok.
