The food has really become quite unappetizing. One of the staff members has extremely long nails, which raises concerns about cleanliness. I find it hard to believe they allow her to work there. It's unsettling, and it makes me worry about the hygiene. Someone could easily get sick from that. Her nails are about five inches long, and it's quite upsetting to see.
I visited to try the jalapeño poppers and noticed a really cool poster on the wall! The restaurant is impressively clean—one of the cleanest I've ever been to! This stands out to me, especially since I usually go to the Compton location or further down to Long Beach. Great job, management!
The girl at the register was not friendly and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. However, the food was as fresh as ever. I really dislike poor service in retail; it makes me question why I would want to spend my money there!

Fresh food. I usually just get a customized breakfast burrito. They followed my instruction perfectly. Some other Jack's will add extra sauce and other seasonings for the perfect food experience
An employee Rosevely gave me such a hard time! I notify finding a hair in my burger and she refused to talk to me! She gave me the worst attitude! Never coming back again
Took forever to get my order and they still got it wrong. Maybe it's because they don't have a lot of people working there.
