I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and my order was messed up. I tried calling multiple times for assistance, but no one answered the phone. When I went in to speak with the manager, she said she couldn't help me, even though another manager confirmed that she had spoken to me and remembered my order. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the receipt, which made things more complicated. This whole ordeal took 30 minutes, and they could have simply asked me to come in. Meanwhile, cars in the drive-thru were honking out of frustration – all over a $13 order. Additionally, the place was very dirty. I would give it a fast food rating of 1. I won’t be returni...
Came here on my lunch break the drive thu line was not moving so I parked and went inside. I waited another couple minutes at an empty counter. When the girl finally came to take my order she was in regular clothes and took my order and walked away as she mumbled to me to grab my own receipt from the printing machine. I then attempted to ask for code to use restroom and she mumbled again a code that was wrong as she bolted thru the exit. I attempted to unlock the restroom 3 times till I had to ask a different employee for the code. Food was good but they automatically charged me for a large combo even though I didn't ask for a large.
I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant on Thursdays at 7 PM. The woman with glasses took an astonishing 30 minutes to prepare just two tacos and an order of French fries. I waited 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. I've seen people with disabilities move faster than she did! To make matters worse, she took nearly an hour for her lunch break and had her coworkers working overtime while she was out enjoying an extended lunch. I won’t be returning here unless there are changes made. Replacing her would definitely benefit the business.
Not clean place when I first walked in but super hardworking and talented employees, busy place not busier than my past employers where I exceeded!! This location participates in the EBT hot food program. The staff member who assisted me at the drive-thru was friendly, efficient, and ensured my order was accurate. I didn't experience any wait time at this location. As for parking, there is ample space available since they have their own parking lot.
Awful service practices during the night shift, today they claimed the system was down, even as they served the car in front, 2/12/24 -4:30am, is not the first time they do such practice, question your night crew regarding this mstter. Very bad for business.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and they put a cheeseburger in the bag. All you had to do was look at the wrapper that says cheeseburger and notice youre putting in the wrong item
