The workers are rude and when asked a question get an attitude..went to get a 6 and some tacos and the rude one didn't even ask me if I wanted the combo and when I asked she opened the window with an attitude and said that I can only get it in a combo then when I got home the tacos were stale with no cheese and the butger just had ketchup and mustard when it said a double cheeseburger..this place is a dump with rude ignorant workers that only care about getting a paycheck and don't care about makin the customers happy so wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I absolutely love the food at Jack In The Box. I went at 8:03 am to get a breakfast combo and had to wait for someone to take my order. While waiting, I noticed that every table in the store needed cleaning and the floor was sticky. I decided to sit down and try ordering on the app, but I couldn't get it to work. I had to ask for salt because they only had pepper available. Despite these small issues, the food was hot and delicious.
Online ordering system was on, store was closed. App and google said they were open. If they are going to close early they should turn the online ordering off. Then the manager was less than helpful. Said she was new and didn't know how to help me with getting a refund. The location is awful. Always out of something and no one cares about the customer. Called another location to get the proper help on getting my refund.
Today 8/11/22 my husband and I came to this Jack N the Box for breakfast and ordered a Jumbo Platter. We thought we ordered the one with French Toast but got the mini pancakes. Ms. Antoinette (the manager) was kind enough to give us the extra French Toast on the side. That was a really kind gesture. Thank you again Ms. Antoinette. ? *It's the little things*

I like Jack in the box for what it is. Just a place you can get some good fast fast food. Mostly fried items. A lot of the stores are really chaotic as far as the staff goes though. It is kind of Hit and Miss if you know what I mean. ? I used to run through quite a bit back in my drinking days for a quick bite after a night of drinking LOL.
Always nice to relax here when the car is waiting in Johnny Londoff. More people should just go on the street and relax while their car worked. Never overcrowded. I'll take it as long as I want. The car is ready when I'm here. I just got the Sr. Coffee. The prices are a little different now.
very unprofessional this morning. the manager was even worse than the employees. they wanted to hurry to order. I was literally the only car in the line. I understand why this franchise goes out of business. it seems as if they set the floor of the barrel.
either closed or only change to the right. they can't change or accept a debit card?! jack in the box was earlier a fixed almost food spot, but the man is only müll with a clear lack of investment in his brand or business. I try with jb. food: 1/5

Why are you a fast food place with a drive through ... but I pull up and you only taking online orders and door dash.. what kind of business is this. Why are you not open to the public.. waste of time
0/10 would not recommend! the workers are rude! I was in there. the girl with long hair and clips was touching eating without gloves.. the load was super evil! the load must be switched off!
