I called at Jack Tar last week, I went there because at the end if the day it was almost the only bar/ restaurant that still had sunshine. The bar has recently reopened, I think it used to be called pepe's bar but it has had some alterations, a light refurb and has changed its name. I was very pleasantly surprised, it is run by an English man and his Spanish wife who were very friendly and gave excellent service. The food and drink was some of the best I've had in Vinaros and I will certainly make this a regular stop off point of mine. I saw lots of family's eating whilst I was there, their food also looked excellent and the service was good, two things that are often missing in Spanish rest...
