Terrible customer service. I ordered my food through drive thru. I was told to pull forward. Was given my food but was short on my order. I've got mobility issues but I had to get out of my car and go inside and get my food fom the young man that brought me my food originally. He apologized but didn't mean it by his expression. I went back to my car grumbling to my self about this and was followed out by the same employee and I asked him for his store number twice but all he said was feel free not to come back. His screw up. His condescending apology. His attitude. And to make matters worse, he looked like a supervisor. Do better Jack's. You could do much better.
Total disgrace . I was very disappointed with everything even the manager had no compassion! I?ve worked in the restaurant industry for years i know what it?s like to be short staffed but i also know that i also didn?t have a choice to close my restaurant and take my customers money without doing that . I ordered doordash at 9:15 and my order was canceled due to ?short staff? . Which is funny because i had just left the restaurant but decided to door dash more tenders because my kids loved them . Unfortunately my money was taken and order was cancelled.
My husband and I decided to give Jack's a try today, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. My order was completely incorrect; I received a chicken salad without any chicken or ranch dressing. To make matters worse, they forgot to include a fork in the bag. Since we were in a rush, it was really frustrating to find somewhere that had utensils. I understand that everyone has off days, so I'm giving it 2 stars for the customer service, as the employees were very kind.
My husband and I decided to try Jack today. We were sadly disappointed because my order was completely wrong, I got a chicken salad with ranch they forget the chicken the ranch. They also forgot to put a fork in the bag, we were on the move, so it was super frustrating to find a place that has a fork. Unsafe chicken. I decided to try this new Jacks because they offer real chicken breast sandwiches. I ordered two for breakfast, but when I cut into them, the chicken was pink and cool on the inside... I had to throw them away. Additionally, I ordered a Coke Zero, but what I received was a cup filled with ice and just a splash of Diet Coke. Not a good experience at all.
Dangerous chicken. I thought I would visit these new Jacks because they were serving real chicken breast sandwiches. I ordered 2 for breakfast and the interior of the chicken was pink and... I threw them away. I also ordered a coke Zero and they serve a cup of ice cream with a splash of diet coke. Bad Juju.
I go to this location all the time for lunch because I work close by. I have never had bad service here. Food is always fresh and always exactly what I ordered. ALL employees are polite and professional. I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone keep up the great work!
