Oh my goodness!!! Every single time we visit this restaurant (which we won't be doing anymore), it takes over 40 minutes. I can’t believe it! We are completely done with this location, seriously! If the order is correct, which is a rare occurrence, it still takes almost an hour to get it. We sat in line for 45 minutes—FORTY-FIVE MINUTES! I feel I should be eligible for a refund, but I won’t even bother. Please just shut this place down.
This facility is absolutely beautiful, the location is great, they have a changing station in the men's bathroom for clean. The establishment was great that people just happened so to the worst experience I ever had a fast food restaurant, I noticed that when I took orders, the attitude was not polite and polite as you would expect and despite more than enough people on the staff it seems that nobody could take their order.
Wow! Every time we come here, it takes 40 minutes without fail. We're really done with this place! Seriously, if they actually get the order right—which is quite rare—it still takes almost an hour to receive it every single time. Waiting in line for 45 minutes is just unacceptable. I feel like I should be entitled to a refund; this experience is just beyond frustrating. Enough already!
The food was hot and delicious. The service was not good this time. The laptop went down when the rep took my order. She asked me to hold a minute the other rep never walked over to get my order I sat there until 5 cars went ahead of me. The 1st rep never came back and the other rep didn't want to take my order. The manager Ms Dottie was nice and apologized for the mistake.
Terrible experience! I waited 35 minutes just to reach the window, only to find that my order was completely wrong. I didn't have enough time to go inside and get it corrected. This place really needs improvement. I won’t go back until I hear it’s improved. It's even worse now than it was before the renovation, LOL. I wish I could give it less than one star!
No napkins no ketchup no paper towels place is going down hill This is usually the good Jack's to go. Better than 79 Update stopped in again today i was ignored at the while trying to order manager gray shirt and cashier having their own discussion. Didn't get better burger cold fries not seasoned. Great job owner I wont be back to this jack jack Jack's
Terrible experience—waited 35 minutes at the drive-thru only to receive the wrong order. I didn't have enough time to get it corrected. This restaurant really needs improvement. I won't be returning until I hear some positive changes. It's even worse than before, and I heard they had been rebuilt. I wish I could give them less than one star.
Always love the food, but the speed of service at this location is very bad. It definitely stops me from coming here. I've already been in the drive thru lane over 30 mins and not even halfway to the window.
So happy that they are open, but they really need some training. Cold greasy food just doesn't do it for me. Will give them some time and try again.
