I don’t think the drive through person had time to take my order. I also believe a manager. I only half get my order cause just wanted to go after her short rude order taking. Upon arriving at window she could barley acknowledge me as to busy talking yelling at other employees about bad ones. Also being only person in line at 11:55 am I have now been sitting in parking lot waiting on food for 10 minutes. Why even bother. Just change the name to get what you can deal with it. I swear these are the rudest people on earth. Came a few days later for breakfast and they tell me they quit serving breakfast at 10. Not the first time that has happened.
Last week I went through the drive through, got the wrong order, called and both managers explained to me that there was nothing they would do to make this right since it was close to closing. Went back for lunch, there were no other customers, went to the drive thru. Order a chicken sandwich, via the speaker, when I got to the window was told that it would be a 10 min wait. I asked how come I was not informed of that when I made my order, while watching the employees goof off and horseplay in the back, the manager said I don't know. The management here is trash.
Gross misconduct Management partaked in and allowed from employees no apologies just awful want return Jacks do a complete over haul at this location with leadership that cares. (Blue shirt/Red shirt female managers today no name tags at all. Worst than employees this was around 1045am nearing 11am.
I placed my order at 8:00 on a Sunday morning and my food wasn’t fresh at all. My biscuit was dry and hard, my smoked sausage was old, and the coffee I purchased wasn’t fresh. This jacks location used to have the best breakfast and now it’s the worst.

I went inside to get breakfast, after waiting 10 minutes to place an order I left. No one behind the counter acknowledge that I was there and kept their backs to the counter. Horrible service, will not be going back.
The biscuits were very good. But, it was *cold* in the restaurant. I mentioned this to a worker and I was told that the heat was on. But there was cold air blowing out of vents. I hurried and ate, and left.
I've been here a total of two times. The first time, they served me a burger with a moldy onion on it, and my last time they served me an undercooked chicken patty, twice.
Just got an two pieces meal chicken was old and fried hard enough to break teeth customer service was terrible will never go to jack again

Ordered food and did not receive what I ordered. I tried to call several times and no one would answer.
Food was good, especially the chicken nuggets. Bathroom needed servicing really bad.
