Jack's - Tisch reservieren

Stopped in for a quick bit to eat before going on the road. My burgers was cold, tea tasted like it had been sitting for about 2 days, and the window people were not friendly at all. I asked for 2 honey mustards and was even willing to pay. I did not get them and when I asked the lady through drive through if they had put them in there she said yes without even checking to make sure. Glad I didn't pay for them. And on top of it, in the fast food you are not to have the fake long finger nails and hair is to be pulled back which was not the case at all there. If I could I would rate them negative but does not give me the option

Very disappointed!!! I eat a jack for breakfast in the centre of Alabama and never had cookies as bad as these. I ordered a single biscuit and engraving and order of the rabbits. The biscuit was so hard that it could not be cut with the supplied fork and the ash rounds were overcooked. I'll never be here again.

I love Jack's and I visited the place. This visit, however, was not pleasant. I didn't get what I ordered after I repeated what I should have in the window. He deliberately gave me whatever. It'll take a while before it goes back.

I never miss the 2 pieces. It's always fresh and hot! The staff is always beautiful and polite.

I never had a bad experience from food to service and I love the comeback sauce
