I don’t visit this restaurant frequently, but I had lunch there yesterday. The burger was decent, and the fries were fresh. However, you need to bring your cup back to the register for a refill, and condiments are available only by request. I also had to look around for napkins. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wanted another drink and the register was quite busy. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere.
Unless you have plenty of time to wait in the drive-thru line, I would recommend avoiding this place. I waited 20 minutes just to reach the speaker to place my order. When I finally got there, the voice asked me to hold on for a moment. After waiting another 10 minutes with no response, I drove off without ordering. I ended up wasting half an hour and still had to go elsewhere for food. This place is terrible and incredibly slow!
Had to sit in drive thru for over 30 min at 10:30 am on a Saturday. We get to order and the lady was rude and told us not to order biscuits because there was a hold on biscuits. When we ordered the breakfast sandwich instead she tells us we can't havethem without mayo. We don't go to the Jack's in Ripley because of this exact reason. I guess this will be our last time at aJack's because they're always so rude.
I have to say, the food is good, but that's not the reason I rated this place a 5. I gave it a 5 because the employees are incredibly nice. Seriously! Especially at the drive-thru. Fast food workers often don’t get enough recognition, but this team is consistently excellent. I always place special orders, and they get it right every time. I really appreciate you all! Very nice clean place to eat, chill, and update your phones. Been coming here for almost a week. In the process of moving. Very friendly staff bathrooms are spotless no problems with service. Very down to earth restaurant. Better than the other Jack's in North Mississippi. All around best place to eat in Walnut, Mississippi
I read many reviews before visiting, and my experience was great. The staff were fantastic and had a wonderful sense of humor. I waited a minute or two for the coleslaw, but it wasn’t an issue. The service was excellent, and the food was good. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely return.
The service was satisfactory, and the food hit the spot after a long day on the lake. Since we were the only ones in the dining room, it took a moment for them to take our order, likely because the drive-thru was busy. Our food arrived promptly and hot. The bathrooms were clean.
5 STARS. I ordered the chicken nuggets, and as soon as I tasted them, I thought for sure that sweet baby Jesus had cooked them in the Deep Fryer of Heaven and sent them down for the wonderful angels at Jack's to serve alongside fries, a cookie, and HI-C! French fries were way over cooked and the chicken was dry as sawdust. I've ate at a lot of Jacks in Alabama and the food was always much better.
