Recommended by a friend. Boy was he wrong. The waiter was great but the food was not. Heard that the prime rib was out of this world so I ordered it. My wife ordered the steak and chicken and mother in law ordered the chicken parm. My wife saw they had hand cut fries and mound of them as a side. They came out and they were cold, and you could tell they sat there for a while. Prime rib came out and granted it was big. But it was three pierces of meat placed of the plate. One of which was a six ounce piece of all fat. Made the drive from York but not again. Better Prime rib here. Would have got one star if not for the staff.

I've gone to Jacks before to have the most mouth-watering burger and other times I've gone to eat the saddest crab cake I've seen on the east coast. Good service and amazing fries so I can't give it anything less than a 3 but if you know that something is good on the menu just stick with it.
