We chose Jack's for dinner as it was one of the few pizzerias we haven't tried in Coogee and thought we needed to "step out of our box" and try somewhere different. Regrettably, we were disappointed with our pizzas and would more than likely not return. We'll stick with our usual place....The quality of ingredients seemed fair, however, the flavours just weren't there. The base was thick and doughey, the pizza base sauce was lacking the flavour we're used to and there was way too much cheese rendering the pizza too "heavy" and greasy. The ambience in the place is nice but it falls way behind our usual pizza place.
I have driven past this place for as long as I have lived in this area (almost 18years!) and have never gone in. The family felt like Pizza and we didn't want to travel too far. So glad we tried this local institution. Got a table by the window overlooking the houses and bird life behind the restaurant. Nice breeze coming in. Small tidy seating area. Fast service and delivery of Pizza to our table. BYO our own bottle of wine from home. Really tasty Pizza and enjoyed by young and younger at the table. Not cheap Pizza or a cheap night out, but glad we went and we would definitely return.
We order take away pizza from Jack's often. Bring Italian i can be overly critical with pizza but I'm always super impressed with jacks pizza. The base, the sauce, the amount of toppings is all just right.They don't take long to deliver and every time I've ordered the pizza has arrived so hot and yummy.Really happy with the food and service.
Never disappoints... The best Pizza you will have in Sydney by far. The service is also fantastic lovely friendly family business.. Always love to have a chat with Jack. Why not try a Robbie's Special its not on the menu but Jack knows :)

As a visiting tourist from Bondi, I loved this place!! Amazing hidden gem and so relaxed. Pizzas are fresh and packed with flavour, ambience is very traditional and welcoming. Nothing is a fuss. Loved it.
Thick crust pizza and generous toppings -- Jack is a neighbourhood institution. Offering veggo and G/F options now too, which means you can bring picky friends too.
Great little pizza shop on Coogee bay road.. nothing flash or trendy about this place .. just old school pizza, friendly staff and good service
Best super vegetarian pizza I have ever had. Delivery staff was brilliant timely and friendly. Definitely need to go back again soon!!

We hoped for a local pizzeria that we could make a regular - but the pizzas were so cheesy and greasy we won't be going back.
ordered there a few times and always hot and tasty especially after a few ales at the coogee bay . . . .
