our first visit at jack’s for lunch and it was a nice afternoon. we chose the lunch menu, 2 courses for £10,95 or 3 courses for £12,95 all 3 of us chose to start the calamari, they were very nice, and had a nice crispy coating and comes with a beautiful lemon aioli. mains were dirty mac cheese that was delicious. 6oz scottish steak burger, who was quite nice but would not be elected again. steak frites, was medium served and it was nice. portion sizes are really good and only 2 of us wanted to try a desert. waffeln topped with bananas, toffee sauce and ice, that was nice. we were a (hungry) group of 5 looking for somewhere to eat in the late Sunday afternoon afternoon and decided to try jack’s grill. at the arrival we were greeted by the employees and shown on our table, which was flat on the floor. the decoration was dark with underdue lighting. that was our first morning in a restaurant as the restrictions were loosened. there were handsanitisers in the driveway and the track in front of the place. one of the best dinner dates I've ever had. excellent service and amazing eating. we will be 100% back. make sure to book a table as it is to do! 3 cursor meal and 2-3 cocktails for each approx. £85 (form the nachos; enjoy!
Absolutely brilliant. Just spent a day travelling then flopped down on the comfy seating and we were treated to friendly service, delicious cocktails and a superb dinner. Fantastic evening.
