Great customer service! I had some difficulty locating my rewards account, but the staff member was incredibly kind and patient in helping me sort it out. The food arrived quickly and was excellent! The portions are a little on the small side, but the flavors are amazing! I always enjoy dining at Jaco Taco whenever I'm in Media! My daughter is a big fan of the Baco Taco, and we also love the braised short ribs tacos, rice bowls, and burritos—they're all delicious! The mango smoothie and the mean green juice are also some of our favorites.
I placed a pick-up order today and had a terrible experience at the counter. When I went to pick up my order, the man at the counter rudely shouted at me. I didn’t realize that we weren’t supposed to take our own orders, and the staff member certainly didn’t show any kindness in letting me know he would hand me my order instead. It's not difficult to be kind, but it seems that Jaco does not instill this in their employees. While the food was good, I would prefer to go to a place where the staff doesn’t publicly mock customers.
Miriam was super rude and made all of my friends feel super uncomfortable in the establishment. I would not recommend this location to anyone she had bad energy and brings the restaurant down . Thanks to her all the locations of this restaurant ratings are going down because of her rude behavior smh. Also definitely if you are a POC she’ll be even more ruder . All the staff in there are horrible .
The restaurant offers delicious gluten-free tacos and rice bowls, along with fantastic smoothies. The atmosphere is lovely, making it a great place to dine. I absolutely love the food! I would rate the shrimp bowl a perfect 10/10, and the mango smoothie also gets a 10/10. The short rib braised tacos are just incredible—definitely a 20/10! However, I wasn't a fan of the burrito.

I didn’t hate it but I didn’t love these for multiple reasons. Will definitely try this place again. But will try something else next time off the menu. These were the short rib tacos. They did give good amount of meat that was a positive.
Very nice and homey. The foodbis very good. It's a bit over priced but good.
The Chef there is top notch! Food is incredible and such a wonderful staff!
